All orders will ship within 2-3 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information.  Any order over $125 ships for free.   Please note that Zen Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays with USPS or any other carrier.  Be sure to recheck your shipping address before finalizing your order.  If you notice a mistake after you hit submit, contact us at zenboutiquedesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

Currently free delivery is available to residents in Hoover, AL only.  Use the coupon code DELIVERME when you check out. For those who live outside of the locality, Zen Boutique offers several cost effective shipping options.  

All unworn items in new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Review our refund policy here for more details.  We will gladly exchange unworn items in new condition within 14 days of purchase.  Email zenboutiquedesigns@gmail.com for all concerns.  The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs.
